Please contact your veterinarian if you would like to have a consultation or schedule surgery with Dr. Swanson. Midwest Veterinary Surgery, LLC consultations, whether in person or telehealth, are designed to help pet owners like yourself explore the various options you have for your beloved pet. Once you understand your options, you can make the best decision for you and your pet. Consultations and surgery with Midwest Veterinary Surgery, LLC can only be set up once you have a Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VCPR) with one of our partnering clinics.

For referring veterinarians:

If a consultation or surgery is needed for your patient(s), please fill out a new case submission form in the vet portal, and we will be in touch to schedule a suitable day/time. Consultations and surgical procedures with Midwest Veterinary Surgery, LLC are scheduled directly through your hospital or practice.
